If you are buying or selling a flat within a block or converted property you will probably be required to provide a Fire Risk Assessment and Asbestos Survey to cover the common area of the flats.
We are able to provide a rapid service and liaise with your Solicitor to speed this process up should you need us to on your behalf. Reports issued within 24hours of the assessments taking place.
